What is the minimum guest count required to reserve the event space?

  • We do not require a minimum guest count.

What is the minimum cost for an event?

  • Children’s Party Room (room adjacent to bakery) - $300.00 required minimum spend (up to 10 children)

  • Adult Tea Room (mint green tea room with windows on both the Skillman and Oram side; available 10:45 AM to 1 PM Saturdays): $800.00 required minimum spend (holds up to 30 people, 22-24 seated)

  • Adult Parlour and Tea Room (rented after 6:30 pm Wednesday through Saturday, or available for rental Sunday daytime *Sunday availability times flexible): $1500.00 required minimum spend (holds up to 80 people standing; 44 seated)

  • MINIMUM APPLIES BEFORE TAX AND SERVICE FEE

What is the minimum age for the Children’s Party Room?

  • There is no minimum age, however, for every 5 children under the age of 8, there must be 2 adults present in the room. In other words, for a party of 10 children, 2 adults are required to be present. Ages 9 and above, there must be at least one adult present.

What is the minimum age for the Tea Room & Parlour for Party Rentals?

  • 13 years old with a requirement of 1 adult present per 5 children.

Is a deposit required?

  • Yes, all private events require 100% deposit to secure the reservation. Any changes or additions made day of the event, will be charged to client along with applicable tax and a 22% service fee.

How much time do we have for the party?

  • All party packages include a 2-hour rental for the event. Hosts will have access to the space 30 minutes before to set up and decorate. There is also a 15 minute time period alloted to the space for hosts to clean up after the party. Total rental time is 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Can we decorate the space?

  • Though nothing may be attached physically to the walls with tacks, tape or adhesive, we welcome you to bring free standing decorations to be placed in the room or on the tables. Please no confetti or loose glitter. We encourage you to use our exclusive floral partner, “The T-Shop” in Lakewood.

Can outside food or alcohol be brought into the event spaces?

  • Guests may not bring outside food, alcohol, or cake to the event.

Is there a gratuity or service fee?

  • Yes, events will be charged a 22% gratuity in addition to any applicable tax. Minimum spend and deposit apply before tax and service fee
